Konami is an upcoming free card game, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel starts with cross-play cross-save support.

This news is powered by Nintendo Life and reports that Konami has announced this news during the recently held Jump Festa 2022 event, along with many other features players can expect from Master Duel. The game hasn’t been released yet, but it will be released this winter. That means the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC, iOS and Android releases could be imminent. As noted by Nintendo Life, Duelists can expect the following features from the Master Duel:

  • 4K resolution duels

  • 10,000+ unlockable cards in series history

  • Solo mode campaign

  • Large database with Decklists and Deckbuilding

  • Tutorials to teach players how to play

  • Special events and tournaments

Thanks to today’s news, duelists can expect to be able to play their Xbox-owned friends on PlayStation, for example. Or, thanks to Master Duel’s cross-play support, you can play on your mobile device while your opponents play on PC. And thanks to cross-save support, players are free to switch between platforms. You can mainly play at home on your console or PC, then check your progress on the go via your mobile device.
