Third and Last Xbox 20th Anniversary Shoes Revealed, Sold Out Immediately
The third and final pair of Xbox 20 Anniversary shoes was unveiled yesterday and, as any sneaker lover could guess, sold out immediately.
The $140 Adidas Forum Tech Boost sneaker sold out immediately, but more are expected. You can sign up for email notifications of upcoming products on the official Adidas store page for footwear. Of course, you may be referring to upcoming products, but I hope these boosts look great, meaning more boosts are coming.

As you can see above, it’s heavily inspired by the Xbox’s main points: the sleek black, translucent green highlights, and, of course, the classic Xbox logo. Xbox says these shoes are specifically inspired by the Xbox Series X. This makes sense. The first Xbox x Adidas collaboration highlighted the original Xbox design. The second drop is inspired by the Xbox 360.
“This design is an homage to the Xbox Series X, a platform that lets you experience 20 years of Xbox. We’re also pushing technology to deliver the best gaming experience,” the Xbox Wire post reads about the sneaker. “The green lining and black netting inside of the shoe resembles the iconic green vents on the Xbox Series X. The sneaker also includes a console power button and a modern Xbox sphere logo with subtle highlights to indicate elegant style. Xbox Elite Wireless Controller.”
The shoe also features a green heel and translucent sole that Xbox brought directly from the latest controllers. If you look at the sole, the Xbox 20th Anniversary logo is also embroidered on the inside of the shoe.
The shoe sold for $140 yesterday and sold out immediately. Some pairs are already on sale for $200 on resale sites. If there’s anything I know about shoes, their prices will almost certainly go up in the coming weeks. Hopefully Adidas will release a few additional shoes to help those interested avoid resale prices.
