Pokémon Legends: Arceus Trailer Takes a Look at Crafted and Revealed Realms

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is scheduled to release on Nintendo Switch on January 28th. It’s not that far off. Will changing the formula from standard treatment be successful? Although unconfirmed yet, the trailer released today will give potential players a taste of the experience found in the latest Pokémon entry. It has already been conveyed that the game will not be a “true” open world, but colorful little animals appear to roam freely in various areas. Check out the full trailer below.

The game’s action disposition and style seem to add a few new elements for players to engage with while still retaining the classic Pokemon core. Based on the new trailer, that particular aspect is interesting because I think production will be quite important as a mechanic. It can also fly on a bird, so I wonder if the rest of the existing HM’s abilities will be expressed through heavy action and mobility. I’d say there’s a very good chance, especially since it looks like you can surf in the water at your favorite Gyrados.
