Apex Legends: Mad Maggie Reveals As New Legends With New Limited Time Mode

Respawn Entertainment today announced another Apex Legends: Stories from the Outlands short. Judgment is also about Mad Maggie, a new legend joining the battle royale.

The story begins with what appears to be a court case for Mad Maggie. Of course, she’s not really done too much wrong. She’s only done a few things the Syndicate doesn’t like, like feeding the hungry.

Then we see Maggie from outside, handcuffed and surrounded by security. A few seconds before her death through a firing squad, Maggie survived an Apex game, where she would compete as a form of punishment. Maggie is pretty decent with this. It is up to the player to decide how she will play in battle royale.

The official launch trailer for the season of Defiance, which begins with Mad Maggie and her joining the game, will be released on January 27th. Respawn also unveiled a new limited-time mode called Control, which starts at the start of the Defiance season.

The Apex Legends website says, “During the first three weeks of Defiance, see if you can handle the madness in the new control mode.” “Choose a loadout and dive into a 9v9 experience where your team battles for control points with infinite replay.”
